LogisticsLab 5.4 (02/2025)

  • The OpenStreetMap functionalities have been extensively revised. The generation of distance and journey time matrices or routes is now possible with Openrouteservice by default. The servers used by LogisticsLab and provided by the University of Applied Sciences Wildau now all run with Openrouteservice. OSRM servers can still be used.
  • The geocoding functionalities have also been extensively revised.
  • The server settings can now be influenced centrally so that LogisticsLab installations can be automatically switched to other servers in the event of server malfunctions or maintenance.
  • Furthermore, bugs have been fixed in all parts of the software.

LogisticsLab 5.3 (07/2024)

  • All modules: Nodes can be created by double-clicking when the corresponding tab is open in the data area. LogisticsLab determines the geographical coordinates and, if possible, the address of the node using the integrated OpenStreetMap functions. This data is automatically entered in the corresponding columns for the new node.
  • NWF and TSP: When the edge editor is open, an edge can be created directly by double-clicking on the start and destination nodes one after the other on the map, whereby a dialogue appears in which the type of edge can be selected. For the edges created, the real roads are retrieved using OpenStreetMap and displayed in grey on the map
